The GLS Optimal Strategic Planning (GLS•OSP) model has evolved from the teaching developed originally within Sun Tzu's The Art of War . The GLS•OSP begins at the end. The first effort is to define, in detail, the optimal outcome desired. From the very well defined optimal outcome, we then begin to work backwards.

We next focus on developing multi-pronged strategies, each becoming synergistic to the other and each with very carefully defined tactics all designed to ensure the success of the strategies execution and fulfillment of the intended result.

GLS•OSP is a great tool and drives the optimal outcomes that ensure success.
